How partner compensation works
Partners earn a share of the revenue generated on each completed transaction referred to Cambium. Compensation is calculated per transaction at settlement — there is no minimum volume requirement and no cap.
Typical partner earnings depend on transaction size and structure. Larger or longer-dated transactions generate proportionally more. We discuss specific compensation terms during the partnership call.
You earn on every completed transaction from a client you referred — including repeat transactions from the same client over time. One introduction can generate ongoing value.
Every partner receives a clear written agreement before referring their first client.

When your client has a cross-border transaction — a property purchase, a construction project, a closing with peso obligations — introduce them to Cambium. A warm introduction or a shared call is all it takes.
We handle everything
Cambium takes over from there. We consult with your client, structure the appropriate forward contracts, and manage their currency exposure throughout the project. You do not need to be involved in the process.
